Villa Heights Living home plus offers assisted living and memory care services in a beautiful, established neighborhood in Gardner Kansas. Small Home in a Quiet Neighborhood
Each resident has their own private bedroom where they receive personalized care by our owner-nurse and by caregivers. We get to know residents very well. If there is a change in a resident’s needs, staff will notice quickly and give the care needed.
Licensed and Trained Professionals
We provide 24/7 care by licensed and trained professionals, including medication management, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and an in-house pharmacy. Our doctor can assess and treat residents on-site, eliminating the need for visits to a doctor's office.
Intermittent Skilled Nursing Care
Intermittent Skilled Nursing care starts with an assessment by our owner-nurse, followed by a medication review from our in-house pharmacist. Our team is committed to offering patient education and training as required. Additionally, we are equipped to provide wound care or ostomy care when necessary.
Non-skilled services
Our non-skilled services include a variety of offerings such as tasty meals and snacks, housekeeping, and laundry and linen services. Additionally, our licensed staff provides assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
A Variety of Activities
Our activities encompass a variety of fun games and puzzles, group exercises, performances by guest entertainers, Bible study sessions, trips to the local fishing pond, visits to nearby church events and services, plus many others tailored to our residents' interests.
Homemade Meals
Homemade meals are tailored to the residents' needs and preferences. Using fresh, local ingredients, meals and snacks are crafted in the central kitchen, filling the air with enticing aromas as they're prepared. We invite you to share your cherished recipes with us and observe as we bring them to the table for all to enjoy.
